We currently have people going in 2 hours early paid for overtime just so we can go out early morning lapsing at 730 with 1 or 2 walk then after break we do another 3 walks, can anyone tell me if this allowed to happen, mail is not
Up in ips but all missorts for this walk are left till tomorrow, please help

What you should do is for the rest of the office to ask to do ot as well. If dom doesn't allow it then throw in a grievance
and if he does allow it then it mucks up the ones who are doing this just now and maybe make them think again.

Happens in our office as well,I do not have a problem as they are getting paid for the O/T......the ones who come in for free are the idiots who mess it all up.
