Bullying and Harassment Appeal.
What documents and such am I entitled to to mount a defense against a complaint I had about me upheld
,am I right in thinking that i am entitled to ALL witness statements(even if they have to anonymize the witnesess names) all interview notes both made contemporaneously and afterwards?
Cheers.

Everything Bolton.....Everything.iii The complainant and respondent will be provided with copies of all relevant information relating to the case. Documents will be reviewed to ensure that personal details e.g. phone numbers, home addresses are removed. Anonymisation should only be considered where the investigating manager believes there is a real fear of intimidation or reprisal where a specific legitimate request for anonymity has been made by a witness.

Re: Bullying and Harassment Appeal.
if you have witnesses that would support your case ,then use them in your appeal. Your appeal manager will only be looking for new evidence in the appeal to justify overturning the decision. You are entitled to see all witness statements against you and the identity will only be protected if the appeals managers feels there would be a compromise or safety issue.
Look and see if the charges against you have changed and they have been consistent throughout. Look for contradictions in the witness statements against you. Look for facts not hearsay as this doesn't count. You have not stated if you have been dismissed so I am not sure.
good luck

Call their bluff,It's bullshit.
The old B&H appeal procedure had almost exactly the same wording.
