The way things are in our office at the moment, it's quite common to have various P&L partners over the course of a few weeks. Some I get on with, some I don't, but I find silence is the best policy with the ones I don't. So that nutter who doesn't speak to you probably hates your guts

Our van has done 6,000 miles in 2 years! 8-10 miles per day in total.


I saw the big downside to p&l a mile off when the repick came and paid no attention to what duties were available, only to who I would be working with.
