With the news of another impending National Strike Ballot, what are your thoughts.

the real question is,"are you willing to give your union leaders the strongest leverage possible?,"
the more posties that vote to back the union,the better deal we will get
a low vote with uncertain support will play into the hands of management
you must back the union,even if you have doubts about the outcome

I would suggest reading the article about moya greenes pay and allowances

what about, don't strike, and get the CWU to get the lowest paid wages directly linked to the highest paid? The down side of that idea is that the people high up in the union will have less power, influence and hence pay.

The plus side of that is, the girl at the top will always be trying to increase the wages of the workers.
It lessens the, us, them attitude, which is the last thing the union want, not convinced the top people in the Royal mail would want it.
