Meal Relief

What meal relief times do your offices have, 20+20 or the full 40? At the moment my office is all over the place, people not taking their breaks etc. So the full 40 mins will apply to all come next week. Is this the right or wrong thing to do?

it annoys management even more on Tuesday's when they shout out WTL and you tell them not yet as I still have 20 minutes of my meal relief to go

I take 20/20 before and at end
i can never understand why hardly anyone in my
Office takes there breaks?
Everyone moans constantly about the job but they still
come in early way before there start time for some reason?
Then they dont take any of there breaks?
Do the job properly you will live longer !
Are they scared? Or stupid? :cuppa

Finally got round to dealing with the breaks. Went with everyones preferences in the end but they had to state what they wanted so the management don't get confused :crazy: . For the P&L pairings the 40mins holds the field if either of them want 40. The town commercials kicked off at me because they said they had time locked flats, which is a lame excuse as they never took a proper break before and plenty of residential walks have time locks.

They'll soon change the time locks when they get no post. Unless they're paying for a timed delivery, f**k 'em.
