talks continue, main problem flexibility, pensions could be resolved as cma are reporting plus de coupling it from pay unlike cma. £400 now linked to local change. updates to follow. reports around conutry excellent - more out than ever before. thanks for continued support.

This NOT a rumour ..... got same message from Divisional Rep! Strikes to continue but the R.M. are cracking ..... they are dismayed at the terrific turn-out for the C.W.U. My DIM has wasted weeks of lies & bull&hit & is throwing his toys out of his pram.

Can also confirm this message not a rumour however brisomerset I dont think you will get a deal without an element of strings/change attached please dont get angry it is only my opinion but i believe some people are going to be disappointed if/when we get a deal.

Sorry i am just one of the oldie brigade. When it was all just about a payrise. Nothing else. No strings. Just money and that was that.

Its a shame those days have gone mate I dont think I ever been part of one of those deals and ive been in 8 years!!! way forward, pay and major change, god only knows what they will call this one.
