Employment Agencies-Official Industrial Action.

I hope in the event of official industrial action,CWU HQ will ensure all agencies are compliant with regulation 7 of the Conduct of employment agencies and employment business regulations(2003) which outlaws the usage of agency staff to cover those taking part in a lawful balloted action.
