Revision query

We've been visited and told our revision has to be done by monday, which is news to us!

All there doing is getting the 2 hct jobs to van share, however the planner has gone on holiday so we have managers trying to sort out the loops, and best of all they can't say when we're getting the new van even though the revision has to be in by monday.

Should we be assisting with the loops or leave it all to the managers, this is a small spdo under 10 delivery's.

Seems minimal change is happening, if everyone's happy and you are getting benefits(vans instead of HCT,monies paid), let it roll!!!

In our office we have voted twice on the revision and if we agree to management proposals and both times the proposals have been overwhelmingly rejected.
Today we had a third vote...a lot of sticking points were smoothed over so we had another vote about 70 voted yes,7 abstained.....Our rep did not ask for those who wished a No vote.
We have about 250 in our office
They are now going ahead with implementation without asking for a No vote....is this legit??

Well at least you were told. We went in and the fames had all changed. Something about a revision, this is how you do it now, this is a trolley, this is how it opens. Crack on.

No voting, no discussion, we did get some money though.
