Has any of the ladies here attended the Spring Board training on offer? Just wondering what people found them to be like and if they considered them beneficial.

Positive discrimination!! Love it! Ha.Yes, it's offered to ladies only as they reason the two genders communicate differently. Must be that whole Mars/Venus thing.

Whats the point. If/when we get sold off management will be the first to get the chop. Lets face it 99% of managers were crap posties and wanted an easy life.

I went on one in the early 90.s and I would never go over to management
I went on to be a CWU rep ,

it is ok , I am going to see what has changed since back then lol a day of work
