Holiday Entitlement

Hi Guys what is the procedure for holiday entitlement is it 4 weeks for 15 years service and 6 weeks for 20 years service the old timers brag they get lots more than me up to 8 weeks by buying two as well. Is there a holiday download link on here please?

I have never heard of people who have 6 weeks (20+years) buying 2 more. I suspect it is people who have the four and a bit weeks buying extra days to make it up to the 6 weeks. I can just imagine what it would be like if people could get 8 weeks off, it's bad enough trying to get 6 weeks when you want them

I understand 6 weeks is the maximum leave anyone is entitled to. That can be 6 weeks for 20 years service or purchasing leave to make it up to 6, maybe they were talking about 2 weeks sick :-s

Once you get to 20 years you get 6 weeks leave and can buy no more. People who buy leave have worked for the company for less than 20 years, buying leave up to the 6 weeks.

6 weeks and the bank holidays which is nearly 8 weeks.

15 years service is 5 weeks and 1 day. 20 years is 6 weeks, the maximum allowance, with the addition of 8 Bank Holidays on top.
Start on 4 weeks and 2 or 3 days, and get an extra day after 5 years.
