hi all any one out there know the latest box fill numbers for letters,flats and how many pkts in a york all are average but how close to the real thing thanks

Ask the Traffic & Revenue team at your nearest Mail Centre because they do the checks which set the averages

(Note: the Traffic & Revenue team is totally separate from the Revenue Protection team)

Read something a while back about this.
RM's position was about 150 letters in a tray, counterclaims of 250 to 300 were made, I think maybe by the union or maybe a Rep in a particular unit.

I'll have a pound on RM not telling the truth, or at least underestimating contents. Accidentally, of course.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.
