Now on here we must have people from all over the country
From rurals to city's
From north to south
We all do the same job ( alledegly )
But there seems to be certain things that differ from area to area
I know the managers can make a big difference to how things work

we're not forced to take our break before we go out anymore which im pleased about as i dont need a break 1hr 10 mins into my duty so i take it a little later

Its the same job but being in a strong united office can make all the difference.

think it depends on the office the one i work at is a nightmare i know a few people who work in nearby offices and there it is ok probably down to the manager and how strong your office is

Personally I think the personality of the manager can make or break an office. For the best part of 2 decades we have been fortunate enough in my office to have reasonable DOM's who have all been "firm but fair". For the past month we have been saddled with a complete a***h*** who has completely tipped the office on it's head.

i think that is the new breed of manager if you have one its a nightmare if you have an old style your ok
people leaving our office for fun only replaced by part timers.
must be 20 full timers gone in the last 18 months now we are expected to do all the extra work no one (2-3 when we had about 15-20 3 years ago ) on sorting everyone throwing walks in and they wonder why its failing

We maybe see our lino once a week - we're out in the sticks ... we get on with it - longer delivery span mind (nearer 4/4.15mins) - it works - and I've just checked my payslip and all O/T is present and correct ...
