Are we co operating with this sham. Big audit tomorrow we've all been warned to be on best behaviour as every man and his dog will be in town tomorrow. I for one will be standing and pointing and shouting he's got no clothes on he's naked as the day he was born. (Seriously tho are the CWU still participating in this croc)

Yes the Cwu are participating! How many people in your office are on wcm?! Do you have duties for them Togo back on, are that putting in overtime to cover these people on wcm?!

About 6 posties I think some have been fully released for last few weeks with odd days back on delivery. This week 2 deliveries have failed 2 days running as a direct result of WCM. Doesn't seem very world class to me?

Its a new way of working designed to piss people off and to be of no benefit to either the business or work staff,some one who has not done a days work in his life must of brought this up.Its also been implemented totally wrong.In essence it leads to less work been done thus management bullying and harassing more leading to sick leave going through the roof. :crazy:

I found our bookroom guy working with one of the WCM lot today. I was asked how many processes it took to prep my walk so I said about 6. According to them its over 100, everything down to the second and the costings. What I want to know is how much are they wasting in wages on this farce!

Well we have them currently `trying` to get it in here,but as we have not had the last £200 from the last shambles or even using the correct delivery methods yet,it is on hold. :roll:
Personally I think it is pretty amazing and can't wait for it to come in and I can get my face in the Courier(again.) :dance

WCM means fk'all to me - as ar as I understand - it's all indoor-based and does nothing for the "outside work" at all ... total bunch of pillars as far as I can see ...

Everybody is very quiet about most have strangely got today and tomorrow off. Favours for favours and all that. The rumour is they only got 3 points. The emperor really did have no clothes on after all.

When we had our audit we apparently got 17 points. It was all smoke & mirrors, if they scratched just below the surface they would of seen the scam :cuppa
