My wages are always wrong! Every week! How hard can it be to pay me the correct hours! I swear they are skimming them to make savings!

i think it happens because some people probably dont chase it up and let it go,if youve done the hours you should be paid always make a note of youre hours every day so you know at the end of the week,dont ever let it go always get paid right no matter how much a pain it is.

Inform your Dom in writing you will be only working 27 hours next week as he owes you 12 hours for 2 months work.

Or at dinner time Friday inform him you will be going home after 4 hours and you'll see him Monday as he owes you a day and a half

It can be a nightmare when you get paid incorrectly chase that up then the following week you get paid incorrectly and the issue is compounded. Part of the problem I think is there is no referencing to the overtime you are doing on your wageslip. I always get asked what overtime are you missing? when you have done 12 hours or so, on different rounds how are you supposed to identify which bit you have not been paid for ? Would it not be too difficult to reference the overtime with the walk number you have done so you can easily identify the OT you are missing......(I really need to get out more)

Time for Clock in Clock out doubt RM would go for it, But the CWU should as part of our pay deal to make it a fair deal for all postmen and women!.

Took me two two months to get two hours that I was underpaid at xmas. Got it in the end and then got paid it again the following week!

Unfortunately my conscience wouldn't let me keep it and I told them about it so they could deduct it. Still, never let it go however much or little it's your money why should RM have it they'd only end up giving it to Moya for all her "hard work"!
