bollocks to a few letters failing to be delivered we should be out on delivery as early as we can. i didnt get out on delivey until 10 this morning and it was already 22 degrees.

yeh didnt realise until i had posted. only just found out about it. maybe it will make royal mail think about our delivery times when it is this hot rather than trying to make us take extra work

Trouble is, the f**kwits who run this company have invested millions in new mailcentres which cannot process the mail fast enough so DOs like us don't get the mail until late. The only way the wonderful modernised system will get mail early enough is to fail the USO and miss First Class targets. Talk about planning to fail!

Meanwhile, posties go out in extreme conditions and die. Oh well , it won't affect Moya's bonus.
