2 year serious

Does a 2 year serious stay on your record even if you have done nothing wrong in the 2 preceding years.

it gets wiped clean after your two years are spent, although of course it stays on your record as such, but as long as you don't do the same thing again you will be fine.

I myself had one 4 years ago for having a ruck in the DO. that's RUCK! :)

Even if you were to do the same thing again is irrelevent, once warning period has passed, you would just get same again.

I doubt it - whatever anyone did to get a 2 year serious could also have led to their dismissal.
If you do the same thing again, I doubt if they would be so lenient to give you a 2 year serious again.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Repeated breaches of the code

Where an employee repeatedly is guilty of misconduct it may be necessary to take more severe action than a particular breach of conduct calls for by itself.

In such cases, when the person is called to the discipline hearing to deal with the latest breach, the notification will make it clear what disciplinary penalty is being considered,
and that this is because of the number of previous penalties.
