Does anybody have a successful swap board in use in work? Reason being is that we have been fed up with the DOM for quite a while as nobody can ever get any leave.
They are agreeing in principal to have a board showing who is off on any given week and don't mind us having a swap board.
I just wondered how other places have done theirs and what info should be on the board?
Basically, how does it work in practice?

Well basically it depends how many there are in your office, how many swaps are carried out requires a change to the list on each occasion. We used to have a board with everyones annual leave, free days etc but it took so much time to keep updating by the book room that it doesn't happen anymore - so you have find people who are on leave yourself and ask them to swap.superteamu10 wrote:Does anybody have a successful swap board in use in work? Our A/L is on display for all to see, and is updated regularly (approx. every 2 weeks or so).
It has always been this way.
It isn't difficult to do and maintain, and should be the norm.
