Could anyone tell me if term time working is still available at royal mail?

The right to request flexible working patterns including term time working is a statutory right and the employer must follow certain guidelines before deciding whether it is reasonable to grant your request or not.
It would be unlawful for Royal Mail to make a blanket decision to withdraw term time working across the entire business.

You will have to make a request and your particular manager will have to make a decision based on the operation in that unit.

Flexible working is available, but RM can't be forced to give it to you.
They are required by law to look into it, and help if they can, but if it is deemed operationally impossible, then they don't have to grant you a change in hours/attendance patterns.

If it's for the summer holidays, you may find that a manager will tell you it's too late. This request should have gone in a while ago (though you may have only just found out you need the change).
