Aren't you from Oxford? The city council has plans to compulsary purchase and redevlop the site that Oxford DO is on along with the old railway yard, Oxford Business Centre and the ice rink.

Already on the cards here, except we will be split into two with one half merging with another office outside the city while the other half will remain on its own but closer to the areas it delivers.
