How do you get to the stage of an imposed revision?
That's what the IR Framework and rule 13 is for.

What if your area/Branch see more benefit in the revision going in and don't support a unit that doesn't want it?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

But if you've been through the 6 step revision process, ensured the A+ is accurate and verified all the info in Georoute etc, what is left but "it's not going to work"?
