planner relocation and completeion bonus?!

Heard today from my rep that planners are being relocated to places that haven't yet had a revision.

Their incentive to follow the work, a mere 3 grand and a further 7 grand upon completion of that office.

Does RM think that throwing that sort of money at people will not lead to planners just rushing that office to get the next bonus?

they certainly are not rushing our office theyve been in for at least 14 months

similar story here, not sure about the split but we've had new planners in about 4-6 weeks and it has been suggested that its a 10k bonus.

Herd its aimed at planners up North, to come down south as the revisions have been more successful up north, so RM hopes the southern revisions will then be successful .
Our current planners been bedded in for 7 months ,seem to know everything and their fore do not need our views, had 1 to 1 ,but they must have thought we were liars or idiots given the size walks they proposed.

Also they no it will be wrong when they implement it ,and this is a good thing as if it was not wrong it would not be correct.
SO THEY HAVE SPENT OVER HALF A YEAR TO IMPLMENT SOETHING THAT ON DAY 1 WILL BE WRONG!

All the previous logistic companies I have worked for before RM if you admitted it would not work on day 1 and that's perfectly ok ,you would be out the door!

not in the yorkshire area it hasn't. 2 offices at least I know were high impact offices due to a totally disastrous revision. Costing 500+ hours when first going in.

No idea how long they were at my office, I never saw them. Apparently the revision is complete (by quite a few months) but it's not working. Trollies not used, overtime needed etc etc.

I suspect the manager just bolted together walks and swapped around a few streets and pocketed the money himself.

as part of the collection revision one phrase in the stepped process is "upon successful deployment of the revision".
i asked the planner how important the word successful was, and he asked why. I said well does it mean the revision has to be successful or that the revision has been deployed in line with the plan regardless of whether or not it works.
It's the former,surprise, surprise.
I did suggest to the planner that as long as "computer says yes" he'll implement regardless of success, he's happy and he'll be on his was with a "my work here is done" attitude.
I did say that if he implemented it and people didn't get paid i would go out of my way to make sure everything was booked and booked giving his name as the reason and nothing would change until he came back to fix it.

not seen or spoken to him for 2 months now.
