I guess that everyone else received the latest propaganda this morning:
£300 lump sum - payable only if you don't take industrial action.
Terms and conditions - only guaranteed for 3 years ("unless varied by mutual consent")
"A proposal to keep the RM Pension Plan open for existing members"
All the other weasel words about "industrial stability mechanisms"
If these are the parts RM is willing to tell us about, f**k knows what else they aren't telling us about

More strings than fe*kin' Thunderbirds. The Union has rejected this already and rightly so.

Re: Pay Offer 2013 - Strings and Things
Feckin disgrace, £300 forfeited by everyone in the office if anyone takes industrial action, talk about divide and rule, this will rip the workforce apart and cause more antagonism within units.
and will guarantee they won't have to pay anyone the money.
Is this £300 including the £200 xmas bonus we where meant to get this year? Pro feckin rata of course.

Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

Indeed.
I just wonder what dishonest Moya and her equally dishonest cronies are keeping from us.

I thought this was suppose be a "new" deal after the last one was rejected? It looks identical apart from being on a bigger sheet of paper!

Re: Pay Offer 2013 - Strings and Things
The letter explains the offer that has been refused.
Like we don't already know about it.
It appears as though RM are convinced that they can get us, the staff, to kick off at the union for their refusal of this deal.
They are doing their best to convince us it's a 'good deal for you, a good deal for RM', well, it's certainly the latter.
They are supposed to be talking, and the silence would seem to support that.

Re: Pay Offer 2013 - Strings and Things
They refused to pay us our revision bonus because they said our IPS WAS TOO SLOW
Which was bollox
They will always find a way of not paying bonuses so its hardly worth worrying about
