overtime rates?...does the hourly rate decrease?

Don't know if I'm right bad at sums but seems like the hourly rate decreases.
Been in under a year so still wet behind the ears and all that.
Any info appreciated

It's supposed intention is to stop people doing masses of OT and having more of a private life away from the company.
Does no good if your skint though.
And it conveniently saves RM money...

also just to add an extra point, it drops after 10 hours over 39 hours, so part timers get normal rate upto 39 hours then after 10 hours overtime rate upto 49 hours then it drops down again

Yes. Pay rates are the same for all up to 39 hours, then the next ten are at X rate, then from 49 onwards it drops to Y. (Don't know the specific rates).

The overtime rate for a part-timer is more up until 39 hours as it includes the 52p/hour delivery supplement.
