He has had to say "qualifying staff" because he doesn't want GLS, who operate in Europe as part of RMG, to qualify. Mind you nothing has been said about Angardees - what about them, especially those that have qualified to be treated the same as permanent staff under the AWR.

There are a few Arab countries that do not know what to do with their Oil money and they get hamfisted into investing in the UK anyway. And they always get shafted! We should be more worried if the French or US or Hedge Funds bought into Royal Mail.
