Me and another guy are running for sub rep, there is going to be a vote next, seems abit convenient that once I asked to be sub rep, my rep has asked a friend of his to put in for it, I have only been at this office for a year and am up against a popular person because he knows everyone i am fighting the cause for fairness no personal gain. I have nothing to win or lose but am passionate about getting things fairer on all aspects. I have to put a newsletter out to my fellow members, any ideas where or what I can do? The odds are against me but I will fight til the end, I'd appreciate the help please?!

All you can do is spread the word about your intentions , if you want to create a newsletter do so but be careful you don't put anything that could get you in trouble, then just let the voting happen, it is a bit of a popularity contest and people often vote on te basis better the devil you know than the devil you don't I'm afraid.
