Hi all its my first strike tomorrow, only started 9 weeks ago, but going out on strike tomorrow to support my collegues, my question is do i need to wear uniform? Or just normal clothes? Thanks in advance

You don't have to but it does look better if you're all wearing the uniform and your Branch Sec loves his twitter so I wouldn't be surprised if your smiling faces end up being tweeted about a bit.

Well its a series of three strikes last weekend this weekend and next weekend, its all to do with pay and work conditions and bullying and harrassment
