odd days i have at present 15 to be taken
applied for leave guess what declined still duties to cover
now that is 5-6 leave requests in a row i have had turned down which is why i have so many days left
the days owed to me (and many in office) are as long ago as 3-5 years
to me it seems like total mismanagement
we are doing indoor lapsing at present is this not meant to free up leave
nb. we have 3 acting managers covering all their leave
we also have ot for wcm people
and lo and behold we have spare men to pick up cut offs
but no one to make enablers for opg leave requests
what is my next step

Only outdoor lapsing does that.
