What are the pros and cons of being a sub rep? and how do you go about it?

another limey obviously has misunderstood where im coming from, perhaps i should have added that i am for the fight of fairness of everything that is wrong in my office. I am the only one willing to say properly whats wrong and am made to be the scapegoat, not that i give a s**t about that, but enough is enough. a dom that thinks hes about the law and makes his own rules and has his own favourites. i will fight the cause if i think its wrong, and the more nothing happens the more i will keep on, its as simple as that. awaiting the bastards reply to my grievance on him. my idea of a being a sub rep is to get a better understanding on how things work and simply get things done quicker (if i can) and not just believe everything my rep and dom tell me. it just doesn't wash with me im afraid.

The rep is somewhere between the brotherhood of the union close knit group and a little bit on the doms arse is my personal opinion. I could be wrong but as soon as I said I'm interested in being sub rep to my rep he put it about and now someone else is interested and now its going to a vote which I doubt I'll win because the other guy is popular and knows everyone. Where as I transferred a year ago and people don't know me so well and I'm quite outspoken. Well have to wait and see
