As title states I was asked to take the above without a PDA(goosed)
I was told to take epod card and write it all out
If I copy someone's signature isn't that fraud?
Any advice will be appreciated

It's fine for SD and signed for but tracked should be done using a PDA.

The Customer signs their own name on the EPOD adjacent to the time of delivery.

If used for Special Delivery, the EPOD would need to be returned and scanned back at the office before their 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM deadlines in order not to have failed.

You cannot use EPOD cards for Tracked items because the customer has paid specifically for tracking to doorstep. Without the PDA the Customer is not receiving the service they've paid for.

Additionally, as many Tracked items are 'No Signature Required' there is no Electronic Proof Of Delivery, just proof of arrival at DO.

I've never had a PDA but still deliver all specials, recordeds and tracked.

I get this as well, I often end up as the office sweeper taking out cut off's etc but rarely get a PDA, when I asked about signed for Trackeds the answer was to enter them on to a PDA on return to office.

I was talking about the EPOD not the PDA. The EPOD Card would need to be scanned back at the office before the deadline in order not to have failed.

The only way your Office can get away with Tracked Items on an EPOD card is if they are not tracking them to doorstep, (all items must be getting scanned with the GPS location being your Office). I'm surprised you're Managers are getting away with it, but one thing is for sure as soon as a few of these are reported as not delivered and the GPS data is audited someone will be for the high jump!

Anyone manually recreating peoples signatures etc. later on back at the office is on the rocky road to dismissal. Refuse to transfer the data and report the Managers to Moya. You only have to follow a reasonable instruction and that is not reasonable.

No. You can get a signature before the 13.00pm deadline, but the card has to be in the office by between 13.30 to 13.45 (not sure of exact time) at the latest for confirmation. That's the way it's been done in my office forever, the cards are then sent off for the signature to be copied onto the website for customers to view.
