My office is post revision .I am looking for advice to what the rules are involved in the revision process in regards to re pick . seniority between full time and part time colleagues .Are the resourcing jobs as a result of major change document and the 2010 national agreement still the most up to date guidelines .People in our office with 3 months service have been given fixed duties and days off (due to being on small part time contracts) and colleagues with 10 + yrs service are reserves No fixed days off .
Can anybody give me some clarity

Re: advice please
Appendix 2 of the Way Forward and the BT2010 agreement hold the field as far as a resign is concerned.
The basic principle is that a repick of duties must be embedded as part of the revision or it should not be signed off at phase 4 and should therefore not proceed to a "go live" state. If it has already reached that state the PIR should not be signed off(at divisional level) until an official repick has taken place.
There is more guidance in this document under allocating people to duties and equipment.

There is also guidance in this document called repick guidance.

As for the principle of allocating part-timers to duties in preference to full-timers,this can be acceptable as long as separate lists are done for full and part time and it is resourced through a proper resign using the agreed criteria but the decision to move forward with this kind of repick should be the members decision, not a management decision.
Might be time for a change of rep.
Hope some of this helps.

All of that should be flagged up to your branch because your revision is failing.DOM spends 2 hrs a day at least boxing in letter's .Colleagues (part time )coming in early 4 hrs per day collectively.Nothing in writing no re sign
