dismissal/reinstatement

I was dismissed in April and it was overturned in June. Can someone answer some questions:

a. How do I re join the union?

b. Do I need to re sort my pension out. I have spoken to Pensions and they said there was no break in service, but I wasn't getting paid, e! HR at my office in my office just passed it on to Pensions dept.

c. Would I be entitled to any holidays/bankholidays back between those dates? If I am, HR haven't adjusted my leave form. It still shows holidays I had booked between the above dates.

Check If your union subs are deducted when you receive your wage slip, if not see your union rep. Union HQ will still have your membership records.

Don't need to anything, you were reinstated so there's no break in service.

You will be entitled to any outstanding leave you're due.

one thiong is check your holiday entitlement is correct.

they tried to stitch me up when i was re instated.
they paid me a token figure and said that was my holiday....i was owed nearly 6 weeks and had to file an et1 to let them know i was serious.

they backed down ...well they would have got their backsides slapped again by the judge
