What, that they are being filmed? - yes I would imagine so, however the reason for the filming may not be clear - perhaps they pick the most gullible employees to foist the boss on - in my office if our boss came and said Hi I'm Moya Greene most probably still wouldn't have a clue who she was.

Maybe they are told its part of a PR documentary about the company about employees etc to be broadcasted internally not what it really is.

None of this will happen in DHL either when the cameras aren't there, the whole programme was pretty sickening. Free publicity for the employer and a bung for the production team. I did notice people working in the company doing the same jobs are on shockingly different money, welcome to a non-union environment and private company.
