ONE HELL OF A COCK-UP ...PART II

After such a 'cock-up' of a revision ( 1st part ) I thought things could only get better.... how wrong I was, the Initial recreation of new walk routes have been done by the " walk-planner" OH MY GOD..was the first reaction, FOR EXAMPLE they've made deliveries ( 2 to a van ) that before consisted of 1500 drops and had over 90 !! knock-ons daily.. BIGGER !!! YES BIGGER !!!
Apparently the new revised route planning programme has deemed the THEY WEREN'T BIG ENOUGH...unbelieveable. Also walk holders are trying to tell this 'planner' or what ever he is that the results are unachievable and are miles out but are being told bluntly "tough" the computer isn't wrong.The size of the deliveries that this programme is churning out is just ridiculous no way could be completed in the time scale, when these duties are finally implemented into the office can you imagine having to go in every day to the thought of constant bullying & harassment by managers aimed at you cos the work loads are immense.

When you get to phase 4 and the office gets to vote on whether it accepts the revision I would expect your office to be just as blunt when you tell them where to stick their revision.
