in rewarding managers ( i would use the word loosely ) DO the gvmt and rm know they are only creating a bigger gulf between the workforce and the company.
to pay out managers ,line or office, a bonus and take away monies and bonuses due to staff seems incredible as it is the work put in by staff that triggered payments in the first place.
OUR PEOPLE ms greene will quote i would suggest SELECT PEOPLE.
in do,s now people are asking and demanding
1 wheres our bonus
2 wheres our pay rise
3 what about stolen shares
4why steal from our pension fund again
5 what do they do to deserve a bonus
6 what % pay rise do mgmt reward themselves with

the whole company and government stinks, reeks of corruption which should be displayed to the population of this country
by all media options available ( allowing they may have succumed to the rich and corrupt as well)
the company may well find out in the weeks running up to privatisation and self reward what their staff feelings and resentment may escalate into

should not happen 1st time they threaten to bully or harass me im off whistling to docs fill in incident at work and put in my greivance and post it to rugby not do.stress and blood press off for months happy hols.
