no get it right line managers do a conferance call may even be two now.walk on the floor to get the staff out
on the sorting,run back in there office start to issue stages to staff. blame the drivers for failing again tracked
not being entered on the p.d.a,s registered items being delivered after 1.00pm.getting everyone to sign a bit paper
every time were told something.pass on as much work to the p.h.g,s so they get blamed for everything.
so really not many managers will get thier bonus this week,as for moya take the money and run as your visa
should be running out soon or did she get that given to her.every days an extra day for her now the chaps behind her
are just waiting for an mistake then its back to canada.

I agree totally, yet who gets the most bonus?? Of course it's them!

I am thankfully not in Royal Mail anymore, but all I ever saw during my time there was line managers telling people to do jobs they were already doing, annoying people and actually stopping people from just getting on with their jobs a lot of the time. Don't get me wrong, line managers are needed to keep on top of certain things, but there are way too many of them and the role is massively over-stated, overpaid and over-bonused compared to the real grafters.

Look,we all know that there are No accurate figures in Royal Mail.A lot of it is just guess work which when wrote down becomes official.
