Just got back in off picket line........6 strike breakers turned in after one went out in a van to pick them up, not only that carrying them in the back of a combo illegaly.

Sad morning at our office where 2 posties went in to work.
The appalling thing about it was that the manager picked them up, put them in the back of a RM combo
and drove through the picket line without us realising until after the event.
Union rep has called area rep to inform him of the bad practise of H&S and hopefully
something can be done about it.
I am slightly P****d off that the posties went in but am fuming about the way they did it.
Didnt have the B*lls to walk through our peaceful picket line.
They knew we wouldnt have done anything to them physically or verbally but
to be so spineless & sneak in just creates more Ill feeling towards our manager & RM :mad

The record at my office is still that some brainless strike breakers still went in! Considering, however, that the majority are newcomers, being leaned on & that for all his lies & false promises, our DOM only persuaded 2 more to come in! We are still running at a 90% strike & I am very proud of those who supported their union. I had a lot of waverers but with information circulated to them - thanks to this site - I was able to convince them!

A whole bunch of us humble Unit Reps owe a huge debt of gratitude to the stirling work of the info gatherers on here.

I shall not name them on here - but they know who they are!!!!

Well done lads - Thanks a million!

Our office reckon over 70% scabbed!
Only 3 of us from our office on the picket line, had 2 union officals from other places come join us!
Had a few strikers of the last strike turned into strike breakers,a few stopped and took the leaflets off us but not sure if they will read them all not. Seemed to be alot of public support though.
Our problem has been our ex rep tells people to come and work,so everybody looks up to him and does what he says. we are getting a new rep soon though.
strike breakers just laff at us and wave at us! I told the manager who came out about it but dont think anything will get done about it! :cfo
