We are supposed to be going 'live' in the next month or so and that first week will be week 1. How is everything calculated based on the fact that we would have ordinarily have been on week 3 at that time, but it will become week 1?
Too confusing for me.

Everything you do is based on a period of time (3 week/6 week/8 week) so it doesn't matter if it's week 1,2 or 3 because it all balances out over the entire period.
The only problem comes from holiday reserves who move around the different duties but they should really just stay on the same hours (7.48/8.45/9.45).
