Hybrid Duties

Can these duties be right or what?. Having two men work together but essentially on different shifts. We're not computer generated animations, we get tired and fatigued at different rates as the working day goes by, the guy that started early is getting knackered by 1 or 2 pm but the later starter is still pushing on to get finished. These duties want stopping I think. Anybody else?.

You sound like a manager. Nobody else has said anything, your the only one,everyone else here is very happy, etc, etc,.... And so says the have your say survey but we all know what a load of s4!7e that is don't we?.

Just because someone has a different viewpoint or political position to you, it does not mean that they are a 'Manager' or a 'Union fanatic', any posts making such assumptions or generalisations will be pulled or amended and the poster warned. This also applies to posts that are not aimed at individuals but at groups.

ah the old you don't agree with my argument so you must be a manager thing

you are wrong - I was offering a point of view due to the experience in my office

you don't want to take it - fair enough

but don't resort to weak insults to try and bolster your argument - it doesn't

There are people on here that know me personally - I could call on them to vouch that I am not a manager - I don't really need to

As I said before we have hybrids in my office and no-one on either side has complained about them

It fits their needs

Sorry if this doesn't fit into your agenda, but maybe you need to consider that not everyone thinks like you
