As a reserve im finding lately im being put on all the easy walks, I can't work out if this is a good thing or not?
Who decides what walks the reserves do each week anyway?

No i was just think, don't people who screw up the bigger walks usually start to get easy walks? Just wondering if I've done something wrong?

No - they are usually left on it till either they screw up enough to be sacked, or till they stop screwing up.

At my old office reserves would sign for the following weeks duties in seniority as agreed locally by the rep and management,this may have changed.
Easy walks :shock: duties are now supposed to be all around the same length give or take,this to may have changed.

Make the most of it mate....I get all the sh1t ones in our office as the other spare posties are in the friends and family club...and b4 you say go and see your cwu rep...one of these spare posties is a rep,but looks after himself first..( as all the other reps I have worked with have over 20+ years in three offices have done) ...many of whom have gone onto to become managers... :Sick :Sick
