Got Offer . Is it right ?

Hi again . Thanks for all the help so far .

OK I got my offer in the post on Monday . Going with what people on here say I reckon its not what I should get .

If ive worked it out right all ive got is the 34 weeks . No payment for not working notice or holidays .

What would I do here ?

IHR is 34 weeks pay plus between 9 and 12 weeks PILON.
I think any outstanding annual leave is paid separately,usually the following week.

Thanks fishtank . Ive totalled it up and all ive got is the 34 weeks . Nothing for the PILON or holidays .

Phone up the dom who made the offer and point out the missing pilon and holiday.


They missed off my holiday but verbally said they would pay it..........but then they "lost" my accrued amount....which is now due to be paid next week otherwise an et1 is imminent.

Ive a meeting with the big chief on Monday .

Surely they cant offer you an amount which is wrong ?

Surely its black and white that the procedure is the same for everyone leaving on IHR ?

Had the meeting on Monday and all is well .

Beforehand I was told my offer would be x amount which equated to ONLY my 34 weeks pay . When I went in I was also given the 9 weeks PILON and 15 days holiday pay so all is well .

SO SO SO glad to be out of the job .

I went 4 weeks ago...I'm so much happier...you won't regret it

Ive been off for the last 2 months so ive gotten used to it so to speak .

I must admit there seems to be a massive weight taken off my shoulders .

I don't find myself looking up the next days weather . INFACT I sometimes look to see if its raining and have a wee laugh when it is . I know im bad .
