Today Royal Mail took the union to the High Court seeking an injunction to stop the CWU revealing the result of the consultation ballot. Moya showing her true colours ! Royal Mail don't like the fact the membership have had their say and are attempting to use the anti trade union laws to stop the result being declared .

Things are about to heat up !!!!

Well that just shows that the hierarchy in Royal Mail know exactly what the feelings of the workforce are.

what happened to the original post? have heard of them questioning the validity of a ballot result through the courtsto prevent IA but didnt realise they could use trade union laws to prevent a union revealing a ballot result to their own members -is that even possible?..mental

yeah comprehende, i understand injunction to stop this or that action but the reason given was stopping the CWU revealing the ballot result to the members.

I await CWU's H/Q's instructions after the ballot they must act quick as privatisation will be rushed through they the government the CONDEMS have appointed the major investment banks of the United States of America to sell our once great postal service. Time will be the essence here remember united we stand divided we all will fall it is not all lost yet we must fight and fight them hard it can be done it must be done for all our NATION!.
