Large amount of bikes in the delivery offices.

Since Park and Loop has came and Royal Mail bikes has been taken off us I notice a large amount of bikes in and around the office/s.
In my office the bikes are decorating the back walls, in the canteen area, one guy has his in the PHGs locker and one right outside the managers door.
Why is this allowed? if I started bringing my scooter in the building and the other lads that own them there would be a uproar.

Again a health and safety issue why are they not using the bike stands and the bike shed which was supplied for the original Post Bikes?
Again managers turning a blind eye with more important things to do like getting the mail out and covering walks.
Only a matter of time a bike within the office will fall and hurt someone then it will be a claim going in for someone.
