Is it true one of the candidates standing for elections in Northern Ireland used DSA to delivery election literature instead of Royal Mail.

A local politician - probably - even the Labour party sent stuff out by DSA, and the government does every day.

A local rep - unlikely as the current elections are national ones and therefore are run centrally rather than locally.
