Formal conduct interview in the morning

Hi

I've got a formal conduct interview in the morning,I was only told this at 8am this morning, its for mis delivery of mail, I was suppose to have this meeting last Saturday but the CWU rep didn't turn up, I had been awake since 2am with cramps if you've read my other threads you will know this meeting is the last in a long line of grief that has made my life a misery, I suffer from IBS and am been treated for this and depression. I've been atos assessed and the management have ignored the report. I've also been told by the DOM if I bring back mail or book docket, he'll take me off my walk, its important for me to be near my house, I can use the loo or clean myself up if I need, I don't like using other peoples toilet because to be blunt the smell is horrendous and I can block the toilet, they have me so worried I cant sleep more then 3-4 hours at night and I cant think straight, I know I'm making mistakes and the more grief I get the more mistakes I make. Do RM have to take my disability into account ?

Get an area rep involved or even someone higher if you need to, get in touch with your CWU Area secretary and go from there.

Good luck tomorrow, just tell them you won't be attending until you have spoken to a higher representative of the CWU.

I'm only telling you how it works.
They don't like ordinary grunts directly mithering them when they have sandwiches to prepare and ginger beer to order,but they do like quoting the `chain of command` line.

well why do we pay our subs every week if we cant get good representation .only want to speak to us when they want us to take industrial action f...n joke
