Are telephone costs
refundable if a member of staff has to contact their manager whilst out on delivery via a conversation or text message because the manager has asked them to regarding cutting off, finishing time, what time they're in tomorrow etc.

In theory yes, but I suspect in practice getting it is difficult.

Have RM provided a phone for you to call them??? PDA, call them on that. Otherwise how can you reasonably be expected to provide a phone to call them on?

It does state in the Conduct code that phone call costs will be refunded.

Don't cut off. Leave what's required in the office. If he gives you sh!t, repeatedly shake your head and tell him he's causing you undue stress.
