overgrown garden

Can you refuse to deliver mail if someones garden is overgrown?

If the path is covered with overgrown bushes and thorns coming out everywhere,you can't get to the front door?

You could get through if you were ambitious and wanted thorn scratches over you etc....but im sure that would be health and safety?

Yes i have - take a photo and get your manager to write a letter. You'll have to deliver it but they can then suspend delivery if there is no improvement.

simple answer is yes you can refuse complain to your DOM to get him to deliver a letter telling them to improve the situation, if that fails take it up with your H+S Rep

Yes its a H&S issue. Ask that it is placed on the WRAP.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I won't even deliver if there is wet long grass overhanging the path, I'm not getting my legs/trousers soaked.
