Just wondering how long people are on IPS for? We are on for an hour and a half most mornings sometimes longer.

1:15 to 1:45 depending on how many sorters are in and what day it is

How long ago was your revision? Ours was 2 years ago, and in that time more and more hours have been cut resulting in us only having 2 people on IPS some days. We do have some work done by the night CSS staff though, so are on IPS anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. When it's 2 hours its cut off time :nana

About 30 mins on a light day (rem those) to about 1hr 10min on a back bending day. :cry

18 months ago near enough. We have night staff and SA early morning starters. Most of the office cut off every day. They are trying to get all the IPS done so there is nothing to do but prep and then out the door. They just don't realise that we ain't having it. Push us out the door early and we walk slower to ensure that the walks are cut back to a decent size!

We are usually on IPS for 90 minutes.
However there are some c***s that turn up about 15 minutes late, clear down their own boxes at least twice, go for a coffee and leave about 15 minutes early.
They do about 40 minutes max - and I f***ing hate them.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
