Hi there i am currently off work.signed off by local gp.was referred t6 atos for interview after wich i recieved copy of letter which says i am considerd disabled.where do i stand with futuse abcences etc am i coverd?

Its complicated

Any future absences that are related to your disability should be discounted from the procedure, however if the absences become excessive then they can be counted under the procedure but they must inform you first.

Any future absence not connected to the disability will still count towards the procedure.

So you can be dismissed for excessive absences under the procedure however as you will probably come under the Equality Act they have to be more careful about it. For you won peace of mind I would research the Equality Act and the Attendance Agreement, both of which most, if not all, is available in downloads and links.
