advice before tomorrow

hiya guys any advice will help a great deal,
my office are trying to change my days off tues/wednesday and trying to say i will be spare after the repick with working random days. been working 3 days a week for the last 7 months got told this was it now 3 days for 24 hour staff.so obviously set my life around this mrs went back to work and childcare is set

i cant work anymore than 3 days as i look after my 2 sons on the other days so id be basically Fu##ed any advice would go down well if they can just do this to me

as part of the revision your office needs to agree new duty sets, so if your office has agreed to certain patterns then yes if you are low down on the seniority list you may be stuck being spare or on a duty with days off you dont like, but the big point is your office has to agree the duty structure so speak to your rep and he will advise whats been agreed and whats not
