RM2000 frame.
I asked for an extra "wing" to be added to my frame. Was told by Dom that the frame wasn't available, and so they stuck it right on the top of the frame!!!! H&S advice please. Thanks.

On the top shelf of an RM2000, (that designed for small packets), dividers/slots for letter items are not allowed to be utilised.

So they've put a 'wing' on top of a 'base'?........surely I've got that wrong, can you take a photo so we can all have a laugh? (don't get too close so we can see the names on the frame)

As above this is a H&S issue as you should not be prepping into the top row of the frame. Surprised they set this up as i thought everyone already knew this. 
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

they done it to me 5 months ago and ive now got a shoulder that constantly clicks told them to get it moved but still no luck so I've been taking a picture of the fitting every week as evidence . hospital app next month to see what the damage is

Technically, the manager/DOM should know better, but they're not intelligent enough.
It's against H&S, Reps in, even go to DSM.
If the RM2000 frame is no longer available, even 2nd hand from another office, then they should have ordered whatever the new system is instead. Or have they not thought that far ahead?

The top sections of our frames were removed years ago for H&S reasons, you shouldn't be putting magazines, packets etc up there and as for making it into slots for mail report it to H&S and refuse to use it.

I believe Royal Mail had to pay a substantial amount to a colleague who developed a RSI from prepping on the top of the frame.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
